Paloma Valverde Consulting LLC. supports entry-level to executive-level clients with career coaching, interview preparation, salary negotiation, resume writing, job search strategy, and LinkedIn profile optimization.
1) When clients contact me, I collaborate with them to help them achieve their career goals without taking up too much of their time. To that end, I first assess clients’ needs through a free 30-minute consultation via phone or Zoom.
2) I then provide a quote by email and compile additional information via phone, zoom, email, or by meeting with clients over coffee if they live in Boston. In most cases, the initial materials and the consultation are sufficient to write great documents within 3 to 5 days, and revisions can be requested via email. I also offer an optional follow-up call via phone or Zoom to refine the resume or the other materials and go over any questions on how to tailor the resume or cover letter for other job applications.
3) Besides job search strategy development, career transition coaching, interview preparation, and salary negotiation, my company also offers board resumes/bios, DEI statements, MBA essay help, and editing/proofreading research statements/manuscripts.
