Association Leadership 

The NRWA is a member-driven association powered by dedicated volunteers who shape our programs, support our growth, and champion forward-thinking initiatives.

Our Governing Board is composed of five key positions: President, President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, and Advisory Board Representative. This board provides strategic oversight and guidance for the association’s mission and vision.

Supporting the Governing Board, the Leadership Council is made up of appointed chairs responsible for certification, professional development, membership, marketing, sponsor relations, conference planning, and written communications. Together, the Leadership Council serves a broad and diverse membership, representing segments that include newly launched business owners, established business owners, professionals in college career centers, and those working in workforce or community organizations.

These volunteer leaders build connections, facilitate educational programs, and create industry-specific resources to help every member thrive.
