Chelsea Jay is an Executive Leadership and Career Coach and owner of Chelsea Jay Consulting LLC. She’s spent nearly 14 years in both the public and private sector building a strong reputation (and passion!) for creating safe, inclusive, and engaged work environments through mentoring and coaching teams.
Chelsea believes through intentional coaching, managers can turn into emotionally intelligent, empathetic, and self-aware leaders that inspire growth, excitement, and loyalty in their teams.
Chelsea Jay holds a Master of Science in Business Administration in Strategic Leadership, with a Certification in Change Management from Amberton University. She also holds her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University. Her educational background laid the foundation for management, leadership, and the psychology behind employee behavior.
Chelsea is passionate about creating healthy work environments through implementing professional development programs for aspiring and current leaders. She believes management is the backbone of the organization and directly impacts employee experiences. Strong leaders lead to strong teams and Chelsea helps leaders become their strongest!
